We are a community-driven restaurant known for our warm hospitality, high-quality Nikkei food, and friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Manage, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Drive sales and profitability while managing costs and inventory
Partner with the culinary team to coordinate service and menu excellence
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture
