Position and Compensation
Restaurant Manager – Wage: CAD$36.00/hour. Full‑time, Permanent, working 30‑40 hours/week on various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. Perks: 4% of vacation pay.
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant.
- Monitor restaurant sales, set appropriate pricing, and control budget and inventory (receipts, bill payments, etc.).
- Plan and coordinate overall employee schedules.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluation meetings.
- Review food ingredient stock, leftovers, place orders, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
