Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their LATAM team. This role is specifically for independent contractors who will work from home, managing a diverse portfolio of retail clients in the region. A successful candidate will have strong experience in Customer Success within the SaaS industry, particularly with retail clients and will demonstrate analytical skills while engaging directly with customers to deliver value.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required as part of the role.
