Retail Store Leader — Assistant Manager

Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager (Full-Time) to lead daily store operations in coordination with the Store Manager. The role trains staff and volunteers, oversees payroll records, and drives sales while upholding Goodwill policies and community image.

The ASM oversees staff in coordination with leadership, maintains store standards, handles safety and customer inquiries, and may be on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
