The Role
As a deployed Retail Supervisor you will lead and manage the retail team and operations for a Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations store overseas. You will enforce health, hygiene, safety and security standards, prepare regular cash audits, conduct deposit reconciliation, authorise refunds, voids and returns, handle keys and safe combinations, maintain stock levels, manage the store’s financial statements and supply chain, implement loss‑prevention controls, and support recreational activities to enhance troop morale.
