Focus: Email, SMS & Retention | DTC Apparel
Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) | General US business hours.

Role Overview
We are helping our client company, an 8-figure direct-to-consumer apparel brand, hire an email marketing specialist to improve execution, consistency, and long‑term performance. The brand currently uses Klaviyo (email) and Postscript (SMS).
This role requires strong ownership of lifecycle strategy, segmentation, automation, and structured testing within a high‑frequency sending environment.
Main Goal of This Role
Increase customer retention by strengthening the customer journey, optimizing welcome flows and automations, and improving overall email cadence and segmentation.
