Overview
The Returns Service Representative Jr. is the primary point of contact for addressing basic returns related customer concerns, managing interaction records, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Respond to returns related customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, keeping clients informed of offerings and promotions.
- Utilize eClaims, IRL, eDIR, and Outlook software to track customer interactions and SLA responses.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes.
- Communicate returns RMA and pick up status to customers and internal partners in a clear and timely manner.
