Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for acquisition, activation, and retention across global markets (US, LATAM, EU).
The B2B Sales Engine (Primary Focus): Identify and close high-value partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and creator networks.
Implement robust Outbound/ABM systems (LinkedIn, direct, strategic partnerships).
Structure the sales process from lead gen to “closed-won” to account management.
The B2C Creator Growth: Scale the acquisition of monetized creators globally through paid (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic loops.
Build influencer and ambassador programs that turn our users into our biggest advocates.
Brand & Positioning: Ensure MilX is the most trusted name in creator fintech, owning messaging that resonates with both 19-year-old YouTubers and corporate agency CEOs.
Team & Execution: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing squad. You own the budget, the KPIs, and the ROI.
