Reward Cost Analyst

Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To analyse, monitor and report on remuneration-related data and costs, providing accurate insights, controls and reporting to support remuneration decision-making, payroll governance, budgeting, compliance and reward programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or related field.

Required Work Experience

• 3 to 5 years work experience where analytical skills were applied
• Experience in Reward would be advantages
