Rehabilitation Service Specialist (RSS)
Status: Permanent Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: Work from Home, British Columbia
Lifemark’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) is delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada and in partnership with WCG. The RSS is the single point of contact for participants throughout the entire program. The role is critical in establishing trust and building rapport with participants through timely effective communication, proactive case management, and expert planning.
Responsibilities
- Determine required rehabilitation assessments to evaluate participants' capacity for improvement and clarify rehabilitation needs, coordinating as required.
