Step into a pivotal Clinical Pharmacist role at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, BC. This part-time position revolves around optimal patient medication management and interprofessional collaboration.
In collaboration with Fraser Health and other health organizations, you will provide individualized pharmacotherapy while fostering safe medication practices. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll also mentor pharmacy students and support drug therapy evaluations that enhance healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized pharmacotherapy to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on therapeutic decisions
