Risk and Patient Safety Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Leads risk management and patient safety initiatives by supporting incident investigation, event evaluation, and identification of potential claims, property loss, and organizational risk exposures across departments.
- Analyzes patient safety and risk data to identify trends and patterns, driving proactive performance improvement (PI) initiatives and the development of corrective action plans.
