RLG International is in search of an Implementation Coach who excels in collaboration and communication. You will engage with diverse clients to implement strategies that drive financial and cultural enhancements. Interaction with both frontline workers and management is essential, as is the ability to independently navigate client sites across Canada and abroad. Successful candidates will embody a learner mindset while creating sustainable improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA considered an asset
