Key Responsibilities:
Schedule units due for service to terminals or third-party vendorsMonitor, update, and audit reports pertaining to service needsCheck history of units to ensure necessary services have been performed on schedule and determine when service is due nextDocument units that have missed services and reschedule as neededPresent on assigned topics during weekly team meetingsAnswer and manage routed breakdown calls, efficiently plan repairs, and provide timely updates to stakeholdersCoordinate service through planner system and/or direct communication with field teamsQualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
