Job Description
We are actively recruiting for a Robot Simulation Technician responsible for developing robotic simulations of our automated systems utilizing DELMIA Robotics on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. This position reports to the Simulation Technician Supervisor .
What we’re looking for
- Setup simulation work cell models from design and engineering data.
- Analyze robot paths for reach parameters and layout to ensure optimal placement.
- Evaluate robot and tooling interactions to identify potential interferences.
- Review robot and system cycle times based on cycle time chart and estimating processes.
- Assess robot and system safety concerns (ANSI/RIA, CSA, ISO).
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve design and process issues.
- Program collision free robot paths. (Offline Robotics Programming)
- Create simulation deliverable documents (Robot Data Sheets, Videos, Cycle Time Analysis, etc.).
