Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative – UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no‑touch cleaning equipment.
- Drive a company‑owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts.
- Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems.
- Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle, and build rapport with customers serviced.
- Customer service and relationship‑building is crucial in this position.
