- Conduct performance assessments and create improvement plans
- Document service and driver-related issues
- Promote a culture of health and safety at work
- Track ongoing driver issues, conduct accident investigations, and ensure a safe working workplace for all personnel
Requirements
- Waste Management background preferred
- Proficient in accident investigations and inspections
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and time management abilities
- DZ/AZ license required
