Overview
Grounded in our commitment to Client and Family Centered Care, the key focus of the RPN role is to provide and coordinate home health nursing services to a diverse group of individuals, families, and groups, in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario Practice Standards, VHA policies and procedures, and standards of practice in community health nursing.
Shifts & Requirements
We are seeking Part‑Time Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to join our Hospital Partnership Program. Nurses will work in the North York or Toronto Central region. Shifts are days (0900‑1300) and evenings (1300‑2100) with a bi‑weekly weekend rotation. A valid Ontario driver’s license (G/G2) and a reliable vehicle are required.
