Qualifications and Experience: University/Community College degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Certification in Business Analysis and change management or equivalent a definite asset. 10 years of experience in IT projects Business analysis 10 years working on IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Demonstrated experience leading requirements activities on medium-to-large projects.
