Responsibilities:
- Ensure Accessibility standards are met (AODA)
- Design of hosting technology solutions based on the clients service specifications, standards, policies, best practices
- Planning, implementing and supporting complex CRM systems
- Documenting processes and technical designs and updating build books
- Configurating and integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms
