We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on data, records, and technology modernization in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that drive success.
- Lead OCM delivery across the NextGen Procurement transformation program and other large enterprise change initiatives.
- Provide expert consulting advice, guidance, and coaching to build organizational knowledge and expertise in OCM.
