RSO: Regional Service Owner for Record to Report process

**Job Description Summary**
The Global Business Services (GBS) team helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Service Regional Leader for our Record-to-Report (RTR) service line in GAR Region. Reporting to the Global Service Owner, Record-to-Report, with dotted line reporting to the Regional CFO or equivalent the role will be responsible for defining and managing the service delivery framework, performance metrics, usage, controls, and standards within the Record-to-Report process of GAR Region. This role ensures that service levels are consistently met or exceeded, financial reporting is accurate and timely, and continuous improvements are implemented to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for all business process transactions, reporting, and analytics.
