Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) is seeking to recruit Rubber Value Chain Specialist / Manager.

JOB PURPOSE
To oversee and optimize the entire rubber value chain, from planting, cultivation and extraction to processing, distribution, and market delivery identifying opportunities for efficient improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Duties and responsibilities
• Facilitate the registration of all rubber value chain actors and formalize their operations in accordance with ACT 1010.
• Provide technical support for the formation of CBOs, FBOs and associations in different enterprises along the value chain.
