Brigante Law Group is looking for a highly experienced, fully bilingual Sales Floor Director to lead our legal intake and closing team in Mexico. This senior leadership role requires managing salespeople in a high‑pressure environment and driving performance through daily execution, coaching, accountability, and strong operational control.

You will be responsible for the daily performance of the intake and closing team, including lead response, consultations, follow‑up, closing performance, payment collection, conversion rates, call quality, CRM usage, team training, and individual accountability. You will work closely with the sales team, review calls, identify performance gaps, improve scripts and processes, and ensure every qualified client receives a professional and effective consultation.
