Develop positive relationships and interactions with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, respond to inquiries, handle and resolve issues, and ultimately help to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Help to facilitate and participate in cross-sell opportunities, new account prospecting, and sales calls. Develop knowledge of the company's products, product lines, and/or services; existing customers and potential customer landscape; consumers; the sales process; and industry trends.
