Responsibilities
- Manage internal SOX approval process for sales proposals and contracts.
- Proofread and edit sales documents and contract approval sheets.
- Collect, file, and distribute signed contract proposals to required departments.
- Prepare service order checklists and attach them to proposals for internal distribution.
- Provide finance with signed contract proposals for month‑end sales reports.
- Track outgoing and receipt of contracts through the Sales Tracking Log.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and other sales materials.
- Maintain and update sales contact lists for Corporate Issuer and Asset Management clients, updating quarterly.
