Position Summary
:The Sales & Agent Support Specialist serves as the primary operational and relationship support contact for MHP’s external independent agent, agency, and Field Marketing Organization (FMO) distribution channels across Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Supplement (Med Supp), and Individual Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace product lines. This role is foundational to MHP’s sales strategy, ensuring that contracted agents and FMO partners have the tools, training, compliance resources, and operational support they need to effectively represent and enroll beneficiaries into MHP plans.
The Sales & Agent Support Specialist functions as a dedicated agent concierge, production tracker, and relationship manager for the broker distribution channel.
