Job Summary
Customer Care & Sales Assistant – Andean Area. The role is based in Megaport, Bogotá (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking and performance insights
- Prepare sales presentations and dashboards to support business reviews and decision‑making
- Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities
- Manage customer requests including documentation, certifications and compliance materials
- Coordinate product sample requests and follow up on timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer platforms and required commercial information
- Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and follow‑ups
- Assist in travel, expense processes and internal administrative coordination
