Job Description
- Support end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments from origin to destination.
- Handle and prepare shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics processes.
- Monitor shipment status, track cargo movements, and respond quickly to resolve any operational or clearance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, documentation, and shipment data.
- Communicate effectively with overseas partners and internal stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Identify potential improvements in logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency.
