The Automotive Sales Representative interacts with customers online, over the phone and in-person to guide them through the vehicle purchase process. With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you'll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations all while focusing on providing an exceptional experience.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor, presenting a professional environment that supports automotive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and financing for the clientele acting as a 'subject matter expert'
