My very busy well-established clients are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator for their very busy offices in Irlam.
Salary £25-£28k DOE
To start asap. Full time permanent.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Your role:
Responsibilities are:
Being the first point of contact for customers for order processing and dealing with enquiries.
Liaising with customers along with our manufacturing plants and warehouses to ensure our products are delivered as and when
required.
Ensuring the right level of customer care standards are met.
Providing administrative support to the sales team.
Liaising with Credit Control to keep customer accounts up to date.
Developing business relationships with both new and existing customers by phone using your proven telephone techniques.
