Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Shift: Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Modality: Remote
Responsibilities- Conduct warm outreach to existing HOPE clients using CRM tools
- Initiate cold calls to nearby dog daycare centers and potential B2B partners
- Manage inbound calls and schedule rides via Ginger, Outlook, and Calendly
- Track lead conversion and follow-up using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Handle voicemail drops and respond to callbacks
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ride bookings
- Collaborate with founders to refine outreach strategy and client engagement
- Support promotional campaigns and upsell ride packages
- 1–2 years of sales or customer outreach experience preferred but not a must
- Passion for dogs and comfort discussing pet-related services
