Expandus Business Coaching Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth across our coaching verticals IT/software, EPC, discrete manufacturing, and automotive.
This is a B2B sales role, not a telecalling or appointment-logging job. You will research prospects, initiate multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities against our Ideal Customer Profile, and book high-quality appointments for our coaches.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ocean.io, and Prospeo
- Research companies and decision-makers before outreach
- Run outbound via calls (60–80/day), LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects against ICP
- Build relationships with founders and CXOs on LinkedIn
- Maintain same-day CRM discipline
- Report actively and apply feedback from call reviews
