We currently generate $50k/month in revenue, are on track to reach $100k/month within 90 days, and targeting $3–4M next year. We serve small to mid-sized agency owners generating $5k–$25k/month who are ready to systemize operations, increase margins, and scale sustainably.
Role Description
The SDR Setter is responsible for owning the top of the sales funnel through high-volume outbound outreach, active daily conversation management, and consistent booking of qualified sales calls for our closers. This is a performance-driven role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, maintains exceptional responsiveness, and excels in written communication.
