Sales Enablement Analyst, Post Sales (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

• Create and submit order forms for service delivery to our Order Analysis team for processing through Operational and Production teams for execution and delivery to our clients.
• Maintain all order forms and update accordingly with any market or product changes.
• Maintain and execute Prior Market Approval processes for client orders.
• Ability to read and understand contracts to accurately review and match the order requirements to the contract (ensure accurate delivery).
• Understanding of pricing definitions for the contract to order validation process.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for order cut-offs and late requests.
• Develop an understanding of syndicated coding rules and can accurately code the syndicated data requirements into the Order Management Tool.
