What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Executive in Monterrey to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth. This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high‑impact deals—while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, replicating proven playbooks, and taking full ownership of your territory’s success.
Who you areWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments
- Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry
- Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot)
