Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion. Maintain and update customer information in CRM and Excel.
