Job Description
The Sales Finance Analyst LATAM (Brazil Region) will provide financial and analytical support to the Sales Finance team.
This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and validating commercial activities — including pricing, discounts, trade spend, promotions, rebates, and customer contracts — ensuring alignment with Mattel's financial targets, compliance standards, and internal control policies (SOX).
The position will be based in Mexico (hybrid mode), reporting to the LATAM Sales Finance leadership, and will play a key role in supporting business decisions with analytical insights and accurate financial controls.
What You’ll Do
- Manage trade spend, promotions, and rebates budgets, monitoring monthly execution and analyzing variances against plan.
