Job Description
*Swift Consulting* .... an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently seeking qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of *Sales Manager* for one of our clients in the Agro-allied sector.
*REQUIREMENTS*
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or poultry production.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of the poultry market and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
*LOCATION* : Accra, Ghana
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Oversee daily sales activities and coordinate with the production team to meet customer demand.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
• Create promotional plans to increase brand visibility and product uptake.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis for management.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide pricing and marketing decisions.
