Work Location: Angola, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia

Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the sales function across the UAE and selected international markets. This role requires a strong technical understanding of structural steel and pre-engineered buildings (PEB), along with a proven track record in B2B sales leadership.

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in strengthening key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring close collaboration between sales and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers

  • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including inquiry generation, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure

  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management

  • Stay updated on industry developments, innovations, and standards related to structural steel and PEB

  • Conduct client meetings and travel within assigned territories to support business growth

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the steel, construction, or structural engineering industry

  • Strong technical knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes (PEB experience is highly desirable)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive B2B environments

  • Established network within the construction, contracting, and industrial sectors in the UAE

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and modern sales tools

  • Valid UAE driving license (required for client and site visits
