About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong FMCG or Food & Beverage / food-service background to drive revenue growth across Dubai and the wider GCC. Based in Dubai, you will own the sales strategy for your portfolio, lead and develop a sales team, and build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. This is a target-driven, high-ownership role for a commercially sharp manager who knows the UAE and GCC market inside out.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets across Dubai and the GCC.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective targets.
