Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the Korean market, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Develop sales plans and strategies, conduct market research, understand customer needs, and manage and advance project schedules. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor situations, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner. Participate in business negotiations and contract execution for sales projects. Manage the South Korea sales team, assisting them in project preparation and performance targets. Major Duties & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of overseas development experience in automation industry. Sales experience in vision or sensor industry is preferred. Understand market trends and competitor dynamics in the machine vision and automation industries, with strong market sensitivity and sales forecasting capabilities. Demonstrates strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, adept at listening to customer needs and effectively conveying them to the company. At least 3 years of team management experience, with strong team management skills, business negotiation skills, stress resistance, and learning ability. Proficient in English and Korean (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), suitable for professional use. Salary structure: monthly base salary + annual bonus package
Base salary range: CNY 30,000-50,000 monthly.
