Description

  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the Korean market, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies, conduct market research, understand customer needs, and manage and advance project schedules.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor situations, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
  • Participate in business negotiations and contract execution for sales projects.
  • Manage the South Korea sales team, assisting them in project preparation and performance targets.
  • Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of overseas development experience in automation industry. Sales experience in vision or sensor industry is preferred.
  • Understand market trends and competitor dynamics in the machine vision and automation industries, with strong market sensitivity and sales forecasting capabilities.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, adept at listening to customer needs and effectively conveying them to the company.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience, with strong team management skills, business negotiation skills, stress resistance, and learning ability.
  • Proficient in English and Korean (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), suitable for professional use.
  • Salary structure: monthly base salary + annual bonus package

    Base salary range: CNY 30,000-50,000 monthly.
