Sales Manager

Jafari Credit Limited (JCL) is a digital credit provider committed to expanding access to credit for Kenya's civil servants and salaried employees. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Managers to build and lead sales operations within the assigned regions ( (Central Kenya,Coast,Eastern,North Rift,Western). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional business growth by recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing sales team, expanding employer partnerships, and consistently delivering regional sales targets. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who demonstrates integrity, accountability, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people while achieving outstanding business results. Key Responsibities Achieve a minimum monthly regional disbursement target of KES 10 million.
