Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive search, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions Identify, qualify, and close mid to large enterprise accounts Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation pitching negotiation closure.
