Based in the Winnipeg corporate office, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving profitable equipment sales by managing key accounts, supporting technical sales execution, and partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers.
As the Sales Manager you will:
- Manage sales territory and key accounts, developing business with direct customers, OEMs, engineering houses, resellers, and representatives.
- Prepare and issue sales quotes, technical documentation, and management approvals.
- Support new and past sales through R&D trials, field visits, machine start‑ups, and warranty assistance.
- Contribute to product design enhancements and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
