Responsibilities
- Research and analyze local market trends, customer demographics, and dining patterns to identify promotional and business development opportunities for the Victoria location.
- Develop and implement local marketing and promotional initiatives to increase customer traffic, brand visibility, and repeat business.
- Establish and maintain promotional partnerships with nearby hotels, tourism organizations, cruise‑related businesses, downtown offices, and neighbouring businesses.
