In this Associate level role, you will actively engage with customers to promote our extensive range of flooring and countertop products. Your responsibilities will include training retail personnel, managing product displays, and ensuring effective pricing strategies for maximum return on investment. Your insights from sales reports will help identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships within assigned retailer and dealer networks
• Provide training and product knowledge to store staff
• Manage product displays and promotional tools
• Resolve customer issues related to deliveries and orders
• Attend trade shows and represent MSI as needed
Requirements:
• University degree preferred for this position
• Valid driver's license for local travel
