What You’ll Do:
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying prospects’ needs, influencing decisions, building relationships and selling insurance products.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, in our Western Canada Home & Auto Sales department, the core parts of your role will be to:
- Help identify customer needs by cross‑selling products, introducing new products and services by quoting and marketing personal insurance business.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, answering incoming communications, and contacting leads generated.
- Build and maintain a trusting client environment that drives new sales opportunities while strengthening existing business.
- Engage proactively within the team and independently to help improve processes, performance, and results.
