American Chillers is a growing manufacturer of custom process chillers based in West Columbia, SC, serving industries that range from brewing and cold plunge to dry cleaning, medical, and industrial process cooling. Our customers come to us — through our website, referrals, and direct quote requests — and we are expanding our inside sales team to keep pace with demand.
The Role
We are hiring a Technical Sales Associate to support our sales team from the office. You will be the first point of contact on inbound inquiries: understanding what a customer needs, translating it into an accurate quote for a configured chiller, and moving the resulting order cleanly into production. This is a technical, consultative sales role — you will work with specifications, capacities, and options every day — not a scripted retail or cold‑calling position.
