Responsibilities
- Move merchandise between sales and stock areas; provide physical assistance as needed.
- Handle general inquiries, perform general housekeeping, and process sales transactions.
- Deliver customer service as a primary contact with shoppers, contributing to a superior shopping experience.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional, courteous, and helpful service.
- Demonstrate high social skills (courteous, sincere, articulate, well groomed) and a sense of urgency in customer interactions.
